PYP Field Trips to Seken Living and Suraloka Zoo

Last Friday’s field trips took us on a journey from the Seken Living furniture factory to Suraloka Interactive Zoo where we met both artisans and animals!

Students in Grades 3 to 6 had an enriching experience learning about the craftsmanship behind furniture made from recycled teak wood. They gained valuable insights into recycling, environmental sustainability, and entrepreneurship. A big thank you to Ibu Vera and the Seken Living team for warmly sharing your knowledge with us!

The adventure didn’t stop there. We continued to Suraloka Interactive Zoo, where our Preschool to Grade 2 students had visited earlier that morning. From feeding parrots to observing binturongs, students had a blast interacting with the animals and are already excited for the next field trip!
